We have now developed a replacement front clamshell for the S3 Elise . Our intensive process for tooling of the clam molds involved not just sourcing an original clamshell but stripping back and prepping the clam.
All the holes and cutouts are done in the factory and captive fixings and brackets are bonded in where required.
Uniquely we are also able to offer this in coloured gelcoat so for example if you have a red car we can supply it in red gelcoat. Future stonechips will be less visible!
We believe our replacement clams are the best available and are close to original in terms of fit and finish. Minimal preparation is required before painting and is normally limited to final prep around the “flash lines” that come as a result of our manufacturing process and possibly a small amount of final trimming. The clams can be fitted by any competent DIY owner or bodyshop with experience of Lotus cars. We trial fit headlights and indicators to ensure correct fit before shipping. Our clams are also single piece. We changed the production so that the clams are not made up from small individual parts (a cost saving method on the original parts) this again increases the accuracy of the fit.
We can organise freight delivery anywhere in Europe and worldwide. Regular direct delivries to the whole of the UK - France - Netherlands - Germany - Belgium. We ship regularly to USA - Canada - Australia
