Lotus Exige Hinge cover panels
One big issue we came up against when doing an Elise to Exige conversion was hinge panels. These parts are extremely expensive to buy from the dealers currntly around £1200+VAT!
The existing aftermarket parts are amongst the worst we have seen with terrible ripples and in one case the rear side of the panel missing completely! So we did the only thing we could do and made our own. The covers come with mesh bonded in (not shown in these early pics) and are of the highest quality as you would expect from our products. Minimal finishing wilbe required in the paint shop.
